Shelf Life & Storage

Shelf life is 3 years on the date of manufacturing in unopened condition. Store in a cool and dry place.

Method Of Application

Remove the paint, putty, dust, dirt, oil, grease and any loose particles which may affect the bonding. Use gritblasting or other suitable means on steel substrates. Saw cut the edge of the spelled concrete at a depth of about 10mm. If breaking is not possible, clean the surface well, and roughen it by scrabbling. Expose the corroded rebar; remove all loose scales and corrosion deposits.
For wall area, slurry of primer is prepared by mixing Water/ INCA WALL GUARD-HD / Cement mixed at 1:2:4 ratios
by weight, at lump-free consistency. Continue mixing the slurry during the application to prevent settlement. The
surface should be pre-soaked, without standing water at the time of application. Apply the mortar/concrete/render while the primer slurry is still tacky.
For wall area, slurry of primer is prepared by mixing Water/ INCA WALL GUARD-HD / Cement mixed at 1:2:4 ratios
by weight, at lump-free consistency. Continue mixing the slurry during the application to prevent settlement. The
surface should be pre-soaked, without standing water at the time of application. Apply the mortar/concrete/render while the primer slurry is still tacky.

First Coat –
Empty the INCA WALL GUARD-HD liquid content into the 20L pail, and add clean water as 1:2 ratios. Before adding cement, start mixing with a slow speed heavy duty mixer. Then slowly add cement as 1:3 ratios while mixing, and continue mixing for 3 minutes to get a lumps free paste.

Second Coat –
Empty the INCA WALL GUARD-HD liquid content into the 20L pail, and add clean water as 1:1 ratios. Before adding cement, start mixing with a slow speed heavy duty mixer. Then slowly add cement as 1:3 ratios while mixing, and continue mixing for 3 minutes to get a lumps free paste.

Application procedure
No primer is mandatory. Pre-sock the surface with cool water. Ensure that no standing water on the surface.
Apply first coat of INCA WALL GUARD-HD (PRE-MIX) at a thickness of 0.30 to 0.60mm. Always finish in one direction, and make sure a uniform coat.
When the first coat is dry, pre-soak and apply second coat of INCA WALL GUARD-HD (PRE-MIX) at a thickness of 0.30 to 0.60mm, perpendicular to the first coat. Never exceed 0.80mm thickness in single coat. Leave it to cure for 7 days.

Health & Safety Precaution

Avoid contact with skin/eyes, and avoid swallowing.
Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapour.
Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye protection.
In case of contact with skin, rinse with plenty of clean water, then cleanse with soap and water.
Do not use solvent to clean the contacted area.
In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
If swallowed seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
