CEMTOP – 404 is a Elastomeric and flexible two component acrylic modified cementitious coating applied by brush, roller or trowel to waterproof and resurface concrete, masonry, and most other construction materials. When cured, a 2mm thickCEMTOP – 404 membrane shall accommodate movements up to 0.1mm, or up to 1.5mm when reinforced with 45 gsm fiber mesh

Shelf Life & Storage

Shelf life is 2 years on the date of manufacturing in unopened condition.
Store in a cool and dry place.

Method Of Application

Mixing ratio: 1 part of liquid (A) to 2 parts of powder(B).
The surface should be free from all dust, foriegn particles, loose materials or any deposits of contamination.
The entire surface should be pre-weted with before application of CEMTOP – 404 ensure that the sheen of water disappears before application of CEMTOP – 404.
CEMTOP – 404 is supplied in pre-meassured units and should be mixed on site utilizing clean containers.
Slowly add the powder to the liquid and mix, using a low speed (300rpm) drill fitted with a suitable paddle. (Do not mix more material than can be used in one hour.)
Using a short, stiff bristle brush or roller.
Trowel application can be undertaken as necessary.
