BITU SEAL – 550 is a single component Acrylic Blended Bitumen based, highly elastomeric terrace waterproofing liquid membrane system with unique heavy duty. Its specially developed formula of high crack bridging property. It delivers high mechanical strength and 100% waterproofing capacity.

Shelf Life & Storage

Shelf life is 2 years on the date of manufacturing in unopened condition.
Store in a cool and dry place.

Method Of Application

Remove the dust, dirt, oil, grees, fungus etc. from the surface by using wire brush / Scrubbing.
Strictly clean every edges and corners of the surface.
Using a brush apply with Inca’s any SBR Latex or Cementitious substance evenly on the cleaned surface. leave the surface to dry.
When the primer dried, fill all the cracks above 1mm with Inca’s any crack filling substance.
Evenly apply a first coat ofBITU SEAL – 550 on the primer with a brush.
After drying the first coat apply a second coat with a Brush/Roller.
Special care should be taken to apply a third or forth coat on areas of construction joints.
